Due to the costs involved with getting to the Casco Bay Islands Maine, all jobs will include an administrative fee of 15.0%.

Due to the charges we incur getting to the Casco Bay Islands we cannot do free estimates on any Casco Bay Islands Chimneys.  All Casco Bay Islands estimates will incur a $175 inspection charge plus 15.0% administrative fees.  

Any items that can be carried to the Casco Bay Islands by our techs will not incur shipping charges.  For larger, bulkier items, Casco Bay Lines will ship the items to the corresponding island's dock using the account the customer has with Casco Bay Lines.  Payment of the Casco Bay Lines account for this shipping charge is the sole responsibility of the customer.  

Due to the difficulty of getting to the Casco Bay Islands, we only make trips for one very large job or multiple small jobs each visit.  We cannot make trips for one small job at a time so please make sure someone is able to be at your property to represent you when we do our multi-customer small trips.  

We use the 10 am Casco Bay Lines Ferry and leave on the 4:30 pm Casco Bay Lines Ferry every day we are on the Casco Bay Islands so make sure your home is accessible during that time frame on the day you are scheduled.  We serve the Casco Bay Islands between April and November.
